Amazon Alexa
Netro integrates with Amazon Alexa, Amazon’s voice control platform, wordwide. You could interact with Amazon Echo devices or Amazon Alexa app to control your Netro smart irrigation controller.
Installation
1. Download the "Amazon Alexa" app in Apple store or Google Play.
2. Open the Alexa App on your phone and select “Skills & Games” from the menu.
3. On the Skills screen, search for "NetroHome".
4. Choose the "NetroHome" skill, click "Enable to Use".
5. Login with your Netro account so that Alexa control your Netro device.
6. Confirm Success
Commands
You can speak to either Amazon Alexa app or Amazon Echo devices:
1. “Alexa, open Netro Home” -- Alexa will then prompt as to available skills
2. “Alexa, ask Netro Home to [command]"
NetroHome Skill supports three type of commands:
1. Water all zones. + water all zones + water all zones for {duration}
2. Water one specific zone + water zone one + water zone one for {duration}
3. Stop watering + stop watering
NOTE: By default, Netro will water all zones for 5 minutes if no zone or duration specified.
You could try other similar commands, like "water my plants for 5 minutes".
Internalization
NetroHome skill supports English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German languages.

FAQ
1. What's the difference between "Netro" and "NetroHome" skill?
The "Netro" skill is deprecated and will not be supported later. It was developed to support English only with limited commands. For customers using "Netro" skill, please migrate to the new "NetroHome" skill.
2. Can I specify zone by its name?
No. Alexa has high failure rate to identify zone name. Please specify zone by its index, e.g. zone one, zone two.
3. What if I have multiple controllers?
Unfortunately, Alexa doesn't support multiple devices. The NetroHome skill controls your first Netro controller. If you have multiple Netro irrigation controllers, please try with Google Home.
